QuantWeft uses different licenses for software and educational content. This is a scope notice; the linked full license texts govern. Private repository access is separate from permission to use material you lawfully receive. The permissions below do not require a donation or sponsorship.

QuantWeft 对软件和教学内容分别授权。本文件说明范围，完整许可证条款以所链接正文为准。作者仅就其有权许可的原创部分授权；其他贡献者及第三方的权利与声明保留。仓库访问控制与已合法取得材料的使用许可是两回事，以下授权不以捐助为条件。

Software: MIT / 软件：MIT

Unless a file states otherwise, project-original executable software is licensed under the MIT License. This includes Python source, tests, runners, shell scripts, JavaScript, CSS, functional HTML markup, and project-original executable TeX macros. Code blocks embedded in lessons and Notebook code cells use MIT for the project-original code they contain. Python package metadata describes the software package, not a blanket license for the books.

除文件另有说明外，本项目原创的可执行软件适用 MIT，包括 Python 源码、测试、运行器、Shell 脚本、JavaScript、CSS、功能性 HTML 标记以及原创可执行 TeX 宏。教材代码块和 Notebook 代码单元中的原创程序也适用 MIT。允许商业使用，按 MIT 保留版权和许可声明；Python 包的许可元数据不代表整套教材适用 MIT。

Unless a file states otherwise or a third-party exception applies, project-original copyrightable textbook prose, translations, exercises, answers, diagrams, explanatory documentation and workbook material are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (license summary). This includes the author's original contributions embodied in the PDFs, Markdown, Notebook Markdown cells, and visible educational prose within HTML or TeX. Embedded software code retains MIT as above. Merely listing a book, website, dataset, or quotation does not relicense it.

除另有标注及第三方例外外，本项目原创且受著作权保护的教材文字、翻译、练习题、答案、示意图、解释性文档及练习册内容适用 CC BY-SA 4.0。范围包括 PDF、Markdown、Notebook 文字单元和 HTML / TeX 内的原创教学文字；嵌入的程序代码仍按上节 MIT 处理。引用、列出或讨论一本书、网页、数据集或引文，不会改变其原有权利。

Commercial reuse is allowed. When sharing the material, provide appropriate attribution, link the license, and indicate changes; when sharing adaptations, use the same or a BY-SA-compatible license as required by the legal code. The standard license terms apply without an added non-commercial, no-AI, sponsorship, or prior-approval condition. CC permissions already granted under its terms are irrevocable.

允许商业复用。分享时须按完整条款适当署名、提供许可链接并标明修改；分享改编作品时须使用相同或 BY-SA 兼容的许可。这里不另加“禁止商用”“禁止 AI 使用”“须先捐助”或“须事先审批”等附加限制。按 CC 条款已经授予的许可不可撤销。

Exceptions and boundaries / 例外与边界

Third-party software, templates, illustrations, quotations and reproduced material keep their own terms. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.md. A source citation is not a redistribution license.
Market datasets and data-derived artifacts are not covered by a blanket MIT or CC grant. Constructed numeric examples are not market data; factual numbers may not themselves be copyrightable. See RIGHTS_REVIEW.md for current evidence and unresolved items.
AI-generated images are identified in the third-party notices. Where the project owner holds transferable rights in them, those rights are offered under CC BY-SA 4.0; no exclusive copyright or clearance of unrelated third-party rights is promised.
The licenses do not grant a right to impersonate the author or suggest endorsement. CC BY-SA does not license trademark rights; references to QuantWeft for attribution and descriptions of lawful forks remain welcome.
Nothing here overrides an existing third-party license or restricts public-domain material or rights granted by applicable exceptions. Software warranties are governed by MIT; content warranties by the CC legal code. The course is educational and does not promise investment outcomes.

第三方代码、模板、图片、引文与转载材料沿用各自条款；市场数据及其衍生产物不因进入仓库而自动适用 MIT 或 CC。数字事实本身可能不受著作权保护。AI 生成图片单独标注来源，不承诺排他性版权或替第三方权利背书。不得冒充作者或暗示官方认可；这些说明不限制依法进行的署名、分支描述、公共领域使用或法定例外。

Publication status / 发布状态

The license choices above are effective for project-original rights the owner can grant. They are not certification that every file is cleared for public redistribution. The repository remains private pending the itemized release review in RIGHTS_REVIEW.md. Historical snapshots and accepted PDFs retain their original bytes and may contain outdated administrative wording; this root scope notice describes the current licensing decision without extending third-party rights.
